Payments made for subscriptions, software licenses, development services, or other products are subject to applicable pricing and taxes.
Refunds are provided only when required under applicable laws or where explicitly agreed in writing. Subscription fees and service charges may be non-refundable once services have been activated or delivered. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Eazysoft Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
